Equipped with a wealth of international experience and professional expertise, a passion to help people, and a desire to serve God, we at Global Promise are making a powerful impact in the global community. Executive Director/Founder

Shawn Kautzsch grew up in the rural oil and gas town of Big Piney, Wyoming. He attended Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, California and graduated in June of 2001. Upon graduation from bible college, Shawn served as a missionary in Mongolia for three years. During his time in Mongolia he taught in numerous churches and bible schools, trained several helps ministry teams, started a ministry in the National Youth Prison, planned and organized evangelistic healing crusades, and helped to pioneer a two-year bible school in the capital city of Ulaan Bataar.
Following his time in Mongolia, Shawn returned to the United States and received a degree in Business Administration at the University of Wyoming. While studying at the university, he founded Global Promise, Inc. as a charitable 501(c)[3]. Shawn has a vision to challenge, strengthen, and mobilize Christians to make a positive impact in their world. Furthermore, he hopes to continue working together with other community leaders and pastors to empower people in fulfilling their highest potential.

Associate Director/Director of Fire In The Nations
Michael Gehringer is a graduate of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and Spirit Life Bible College. He is the associate director for a non-profit, humanitarian organization called Global Promise, Inc. Michael is also the author of the book, Extreme Missions: A New Breed of Supernatural Warriors.
As a teenager Mike had an encounter with God that changed his life forever. He was delivered from drugs and alcohol in an instant by God's power. After completing Bible College, he moved to Mongolia for 3 years. While in Mongolia, he helped pioneer what is now the largest charismatic bible college in that nation. Michael carries a strong passion for this generation and his heart is to see this generation equipped and living their lives to the fullest with God. Michael’s heart is to impact this generation with the love, passion, and fire of Jesus Christ. He is currently living with his wife Heather and daughter in Bishop, CA.

Robinson Odom was called into the ministry through a life-changing encounter with God at the age of 21. He is a graduate of Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, California where he received impartation for ministry from president and founder Ps. Roberts Liardon and graduated in 2002.
Robinson has traveled throughout North America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe preaching the uncompromiseable word of God, with signs following. Having served on the mission field full time for over 4 years, Rob now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area of California and is fulfilling the call of God as the Assistant Director of Global Promise and as the Missions Outreach Director at his local church.
Robinson Odom has a heart for the nations to be reached and discipled by the gospel of Jesus Christ. His desire is to see that all would come to the knowledge of the truth and be trained to fulfill their God-given assignment in the earth.
